Return Process

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for store credit within 2 weeks of receiving it and it being unopened. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@suppprep.com. Please provide the following information:

  • A reason for the return
  • Invoice number
  • Product description and quantity

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged Items

If a product is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product, and we will replace the product as soon as possible or offer you store credit. When reporting a damaged item, please provide:

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • Invoice number
